Awesome Program!
My partner and I absolutely loved the simplicity of Meg’s 12 Week Hyrox Program! It was incredibly well-structured and easy to follow, making it perfect for someone with a busy schedule but still looking for unreal results.
Before starting, I was running 5Ks at a 6:00 min/km pace, and by the end of the 12 weeks, I had improved to 4:44 min/km—something I never thought possible in such a short time! The program helped us build both speed and endurance in a way that felt manageable and effective.
We put it to the test at our first Hyrox event in Brisbane, competing in the mixed doubles category, and finished with an incredible time of 65 minutes and beating our goal time of 70 minutes (running a 4:30 average pace)
Highly recommend Meg’s program to anyone looking to do their first Hyrox or level up their performance!!
10/10 Program to Get You Race Ready!
I completed the Hyrox program in prep for Hyrox Perth and I just want to say THANK YOU!! I was feeling a bit lost on how to structure my week, how many sessions of strength to do, how many sessions of running to do, what types of runs to do… This program just made it so easy and straightforward! I was able to build it into my current routine and even just take elements and tips here and there to add to my knowledge and own style of training. I found the runs and pacing guidelines in particular very helpful ,as that is definitely an area I feel less confident in. Ended up finishing Perth with a 1:19 solo time, was aiming for a sub 1:30 so that was sick 🤙 AND with all my run splits being faster than I originally hoped! It all showed me how much my body is capable of and how much I can really push it ( BJB have somehow become my favourite station and the lactic acid recovery is soooo much better these days). LFG
Weapon Training!
Meg's training plan effectively balances strength (2 days), ergs (2 days), and running (2 days), with one rest day per week. I appreciate that most sessions are around an hour long, making it manageable for a full-time working mum with sporting ambitions without feeling overwhelmed. Additionally, her programming is accessible to those without a CrossFit background, as it doesn't require knowledge of Olympic weightlifting, which is often assumed in other Hyrox programs. The strength exercises can be performed in most gyms or in a home gym if you have a barbell or dumbbells.

Varied & Manageable
Used this program for my first hyrox pro event and couldn’t recommend more for a beginner or advanced. Have signed up for my second one in a few months and going to use this program again! Had a very good time for my first competition. The progression let us all the way up to competition day! Thanks so much Will and Meg for making this program and can’t wait for more to come!

Our program specialise in improving your running. Each program is running focused as running is the main component of HYROX. You don't need to do any extra sessions outside of the program - the results that we see in people's running times from following the programs are incredible.

In each of the programs I break down a race strategy for all the different race formats including solos, pairs and relay. You will hear how I break down my race as well as what I recommend for you to get the absolute most out of your event. In order to race well, you need to know how to race well.
You will need a gym membership to follow the programs as the training sessions are HYROX specific. In the app I take you through the types of gyms I recommend you use to get the most out of your training.

I started the Mod 3 Comp Prep Program to prepare for the World Championships in 2025 for my Men's Pro Solo race. My previous PB was 1:02:11 so my goal for Worlds was a SUB 60. Only 8 Weeks into the 12 Week Program, I raced in London and not only did I win my Category but I got that SUB60 with a time of 58:12!! Could not recommend this program more highly.

I completed the TTG Hyrox Program to prepare for my second Men's Open Solo race and shaved 12 MINUTES off my PB of 1:32:42 with a 1:20:36. Then I completed the Advanced Hyrox Program and shaved another 8 Minutes off my PB with a 1:12:19 only 8 Weeks into the Program. Could not recommend the TTG Programming more highly.
